TomorrowNow Strategic Plan Report

TomorrowNow is a climate tech nonprofit that supports smallholder farmers in Africa to adapt to climate change by equipping them with the latest agri-weather technology, improved data access, and knowledge, to boost their crop yield and productivity.

Following a successful round of Gates Foundation funding, and to secure the next funding phase, TomorrowNow approached Magnia for support with their 2024-27 strategic plan and fundraising roadmap. This included structuring their investment cases, funding mix, donor segmentation, key messaging and programmatic impact, as well as designing the report. In addition, through workshops and a brand audit, we have aligned the team on messaging, brand architecture, core and positioning and key objectives.
